Q1. How can we get samples?
We are pleased to offer you free samples if the sample fee is not too much, but you are expected to pay for courier cost.
1) You can arrange a RPI (Remote Pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT etc, to have the samples collected; or inform us your collection account.
2) You can wire the courier cost and we will have the courier cost prepaid.
Q2. What is your payment term?
By T/T payment(30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L) or by L/C at sight
Q3. What's your delivery lead time?
30-45 days in our normal season, and 55-60 days in our busy season
Q4. What's your MOQ ?
1000 pcs for Bath Gift Sets,if there is no special container or accessories.
Q5. What is your production capacity monthly?
500,000 sets for bath gift set, 600 tons toiletries monthly.
